From "BBQ USA": "This dough is exceedingly easy to make, but may be wetter than you're used to. The easiest way to make it is an electric stand mixer fixed with a dough hook. You can use a food processor, but if you do, you may need to add a little more flour."

4 1/2 tsp active dry yeast (about 2 packages)
1 tbsp molasses
2 tspn sea salt (or kosher)
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour (or more all-purpose flour)
