Recipe Ingredients for Pizza dough

2 cups flour
2 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons Yeast
3/4 cup warm water
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Pizza dough

Put flour into a mixing bowl with a bread hook. Add to the flour the sugar and the salt. Proof your yeast by putting into 1/4 cup of water and 1/2 teaspoon sugar wait until you see it foam up. Add this to the flour mixture along with the other half cup warm water and the Oil. Turn mixer on low. If dough is to sticky add about 1 table spoon of flour at a time until dough is smooth and elastic, if to dry add a little more water teaspoon at a time.
