2 1/4 teaspoons yeast 1 1/3 cup water luke-warm 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon salt 2 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza dough

1/4 oz Yeast
1 1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoons Salt

Recipe Directions for Pizza dough

  1. mix yeast and water let sit for 5 minutes

  2. Add remaining ingredients knead for 10 minutes until soft and pliable. Roll into a ball

  3. lightly coat a bowl with olive oil. Place dough in bowl, roll over once to coat then cover bowl with towel or plastic wrap, set in a warm place (85-85 degrees) and let rise 1 1/2 hours. Punch down, divide into two equal discs, cover loosely with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes.

  4. Form pizza crust, coat lightly with olive oil let rest 10 minutes, top as desired and bake 12-18 minutes @ 425.
