With whole wheat flour, olive oil, and honey

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Dough

1 3/4 cups water
2 tbsp yeast
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
4 cups Whole Wheat Flour

Recipe Directions for Pizza Dough

  1. Dissolve yeast and honey in warm water.

  2. Mix together flour and salt.

  3. Add water and oil to flour.

  4. Mix until well combined, add more water if too dry.

  5. Knead for a few minutes.

  6. Place in a bowl, cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.

  7. Punch down dough, divide into two pieces, and roll out on a floured counter.

  8. Place on pizza pan, covered with desired toppings and bake at 375F for 15-20 minutes.

  9. Makes two pizza crusts.
