great pizza dough for both deep pan or thin crust pizza

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza dough

450 grams Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Unenriched
250 grams Water
20 grams Yeast
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 serving Garlic Salt

Recipe Directions for Pizza dough

  1. mix dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients

  2. kneed for 4 minutes

  3. let dough rise for 2 hours

  4. roll out on baking sheet as thick or thin as you want it

  5. put on whatever toppings you want

  6. bake 10-25 min (depends on thickness of dough) at 220C
