Pizza dough- instructions based on Fleischmann's pizza crust yeast

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza dough

1.5 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
3 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1.5 tsp Sugars, Granulated
0.75 dash Salt, Table
0.67 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Pizza dough

  1. Preheat oven to 425

  2. Combine 1 cup flour, yeast packet, 1.5 tsp sugar, and 3/4 tsp salt in a large bowl

  3. Add 2/3 cup very warm water and 3 tbs oil

  4. Mix together until well blended about 1 minute

  5. Add gradually, 1/2 cup flour until soft dough ball forms

  6. Knead on a floured surface adding additional flour as needed until smooth and elastic, 4 minutes

  7. With floured hands, press dough out to fill greased pizza pan.

  8. Top with desired sauce, toppings, and cheese

  9. Bake on bottom oven rack for 12 to 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust is brown
