Makes 2 servings



Haven't cooked it yet but the dough tastes good. Original recipe called for wheat flour.

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Dough

1 pkg active yeast
1 tbsp honey
2 1/2 cups flour
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
1 cup warm water

Recipe Directions for Pizza Dough

  1. Combine honey and warm water. Stir in yeast.

  2. Set yeast mixture aside for 10 minutes to form bubbles.

  3. Combine 2 cups flour with salt.

  4. When yeast mixture is ready, add the remaining water less 1.5 tbsp and 2 tbsp oil. Stir.

  5. Combine flour and yeast mixtures to form sticky dough.

  6. Coat large bowl with remaining oil and place dough in bowl.

  7. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside for 1 hour.

  8. Using remaining flour, knead dough on a floured surface for 1 minute.

  9. Return to bowl and cover with plastic wrap for 30 minutes.

  10. Divide dough into 2 balls. Knead each ball for 30 seconds.

  11. Cook dough or wrap balls in plastic wrap and store in refridgerator.
