Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Dough

2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated
4 tsp Bread Machine Yeast
8 tsp 100% Pure Canola Oil
375 grams Water

Recipe Directions for Pizza Dough

  1. mix flours, sugar, salt and yeast together.

  2. add oil and water and mix til together.

  3. knead until smooth

  4. cover and leave until double in size
