New York Pizza dough Makes 2 pizzas

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza dough

0.33 oz Yeast
0.5 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1.5 tsp Table Salt
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2.5 cup Bread Flour

Recipe Directions for Pizza dough

  1. add yeast, sugar, water to mixing bowl let sit a couple min

  2. add flower, salt, then oil to bowl

  3. mix on low until loose ball forms

  4. let rest 2 min

  5. mix on medium for 8 min

  6. move to counter and kneed until surface is smooth.

  7. form dough balls

  8. leave out for a couple hours if using same day, otherwise
