Makes 3 pizza's cut into 6 pieces each

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Dough

6 cups flour
2 cups water
1/4 teaspoon dry yeast
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon sugar

Recipe Directions for Pizza Dough

  1. Mix 1 cup warm water with dry yeast, salt, sugar, and a little bit of flour

  2. Allow to activate for 15 minutes

  3. Mix in alternating flour and 1 cup warm water.

  4. Dump on flour board and knead until a smooth ball.

  5. Lightly coat 1 large bowl with olive oil. Put dough in bowl and cover with plastic rap and warm damp towel.

  6. Allow to rise for 4 hours.
