A quick pizza dough recipe to make whenever you get a craving!

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Dough

1 1/4 cup flour
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 1/4 tsp yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup water
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 small onion
1 yellow pepper
1/2 cup spinach

Recipe Directions for Pizza Dough

  1. Dissolve yeast into warm water. Whisk!

  2. Add olive oil, salt and flour. Stir with a spoon, and then your hands! If the dough is too dry, add more water little by little.

  3. Let it rest for ten minutes.

  4. Roll it out into a baking pan sprinkled with cornstarch.

  5. Top and bake for 30 minutes!
