Really good made with freshly ground flour.

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza dough

2 cups water
2 tbsp yeast
3 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups white flour
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Pizza dough

  1. dissolve yeast in water.

  2. stir in 2 cups of the whole wheat flour, or so, and stir vigorously to develop the gluten. Stir about 200 strokes, or more.

  3. Let rest for about 45 minutes - 1 hour. Stir in the salt and enough flour to make a workable, non-sticky dough. Let rise until double. form into 2 large thin crust or 1 large thick crust pizza.
