this is enough for three medium pizzas

Recipe Ingredients for pizza dough

3 tsp yeast
4 cups bread flour
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tbsp salt
3/4 tbsp garlic powder
1 1/2 cups water

Recipe Directions for pizza dough

  1. mix the yeast with the water (water should be about 115 degrees) and sugar

  2. let it proof for 10 minutes

  3. add all of the rest of the ingredients, hand knead for 15 minutes, or mix in a stand mixer for 10-15 minutes

  4. add up to 1/2 cup more flour as needed for stickiness.
