Quick and easy pizza dough made with a mixer.

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Dough

1 cup water
4 teaspoons olive oil
3 cups bread flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons instant yeast

Recipe Directions for Pizza Dough

  1. Put ingredients in mixer in order.

  2. Knead for 5-10 minutes in mixer.

  3. Let rest/rise for 15 minutes.

  4. Roll out and let rest for 5 minutes.

  5. Add toppings.

  6. Bake 375 for 20 minutes or until toppings look done.
