whole wheat pizza dough with flax seed

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza dough

1 cup flour
1/4 cup whole wheat
26 grams (1/4 cup) milled flax seed
1 oz milk
5 oz water
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp yeast
1 tbs butter

Recipe Directions for Pizza dough

  1. Put wet ingredients in bread maker

  2. add dry

  3. use dough setting

  4. take out, cover let rise 20-30 minutes

  5. split in half

  6. roll out each and add toppings

  7. Bake on pizza stone until crisp
