Recipe Ingredients for Pizza dough

3 cups flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons honey
1 cup water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp yeast

Recipe Directions for Pizza dough

Add the water (warm) honey and yeast together. Mix well and set in a warm place til it is bubbly. Stir in salt, olive oil and enough flour to make a dough that is kneadable. Turn the dough out onto a floured board and knead in more flour til you have a soft dough that is not sticky anymore. Set to rise in an oiled bowl, spread some olive oil on top of the dough so it does not dry out. Let is rise til it is doubled, punch down and spread out on a regular sized cookie sheet.
