Makes 16 servings



From bread machine book. Makes 2 x 12" pizzas. One serving = 1/16 of recipe, or 1 slice out of the 2 pizzas total.

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Dough

1 cup water
2 tbs water
2 tbs vegetable oil
3 cups flour
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp yeast

Recipe Directions for Pizza Dough

  1. Mix.

  2. Rest.

  3. Knead.

  4. Spread out and make pizza on oiled pan.

  5. Bake at 400 F for 18-20 minutes.
