Home made pizza dough recipe - can be used for calzones

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Dough

1 cup water
1 T yeast
1 t sugar
2 cups flour
1 T olive oil
1/2 t salt

Recipe Directions for Pizza Dough

  1. Combine 1/4 c water with yeast and sugar

  2. Let stand for five minutes

  3. Add flour, oil and salt

  4. Mix for 10 seconds

  5. Slowly add remaining water until a ball forms

  6. Turn around bowl 25 times

  7. Let stand for 10 minutes

  8. Roll out onto pan

  9. Add toppings

  10. Cook at 425 degrees F for 15-20 minutes
