Makes 8 servings



split dough in half for two thin crust pizzas 8 slices each 1 serving 1/4 of a pizza (2 slices)

Recipe Ingredients for pizza dough

1 c water
1 T yeast
3 c flour
1 t salt
1 T olive oil

Recipe Directions for pizza dough

  1. preheat oven to 450

  2. dissolve yeast in the water.

  3. add half the flour.

  4. mix.

  5. add salt and oil while still mixing.

  6. continue adding the rest of the flour, until while mixing the dough doesn't stick to the bottom of the mixer bowl.

  7. split dough into two balls.

  8. let rise in two greased bowls.

  9. stretch out onto pans

  10. cover with favored toppings

  11. bake at 450 about 15 min each pizza
