Whole wheat pizza dough Makes 3 thin crusts Each crust makes 8 slices Serving is 1 slice (24 slices total)

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Dough

1 1/3 cups water
2 tbsp olive oil
3/4 tbsp salt
2 tsp yeast
1 cup white whole wheat flour
1 cup whole wheat graham flour

Recipe Directions for Pizza Dough

  1. Combine all ingredients into the bread machine and turn on the proper program.

  2. When done, flatten the dough on baking sheets with cornmeal sprinkled to prevent sticking.

  3. Put desired toppings on and bake until golden brown.
