Makes 12 servings



Pizza Dough, Whole Wheat, for breadmaker. 2 12", or 1 thick crust. Makes about 18 small pieces on a 10x15 inch pan.

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Dough

1 cup water
2 tbl canola oil
1 tbl sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups bread flour
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast

Recipe Directions for Pizza Dough

  1. place ingredients, in order, in bread maker.

  2. 1 lb. and dough settings.

  3. Takes 1.5 hrs through cycle.

  4. Place on floured board, kneed and stretch.

  5. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes, then remove and add toppings, bake additional 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
