half whole wheat. makes dough for 16 in pizza or 2 12 in pizzas.

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza dough

1 T yeast
1 c. water
1 T honey
1/4 t salt
2 cups flour
2 cups whole-wheat flour
1 T vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Pizza dough

  1. combine yeast/water

  2. after yeast is foamy, combine with honey, salt, oil

  3. incorporate flour 1 cup at a time until slightly sticky

  4. knead for 6-8 min.

  5. spread out on pizza pan, let rise while gathering remainding ingredients.
