Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Dough

2 1/4 cups bread flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp instant yeast
3 tbs olive oil
3/4 cup water, lukewarm

Recipe Directions for Pizza Dough

  1. Combine flour, salt, yeast, and water. Mix well.

  2. Add olive oil and continue to mix.

  3. Knead for a few minutes (4-5) until smooth and elastic. Sprinkle a bit of flour to prevent sticking.

  4. Divide dough in half and place in covered bowl coated with non-stick spray to sit for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Will double in size.

  5. Flour surface and roll out dough.

  6. Add toppings. Bake for 7 - 10 mins at 500-550 F
