Thick pizza crust fit for any topping

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Dough

2 1/4 cup bread flour
1/4 cup semolina flour
1 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
1/2 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon sugar
2 1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast

Recipe Directions for Pizza Dough

  1. Add 100 degree water, sugar, yeast, flour, cornmeal.

  2. Mix on low speed for a couple of minutes, then add oil. Mix for 7 minutes. Refrigerate overnight. Take dough out 1 hour before baking. Set oven rack on lowest setting. Preheat oven to 450 degrees for 30 minutes before baking. grease 4 pie plates. Divide dough into 4 sections. Spread it out and up the sides. Top with favorite toppings. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Cool for 3 minutes.
