whole wheat 2 portions= 6"pizza 4= 12 inch pizza

Recipe Ingredients for pizza dough

1 1/2 c wheat flour
1/2 c water
1/4 oz yeast
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for pizza dough

  1. add yeast and honey to luke warm water. when bubbly add other ingredients, knead and allow to rise at least 1 hr.

  2. preheat oven to 400 F, add toppings , bake till done- approx 10-12 minutes
