Makes 6 servings



Serving size = 1 small pizza crust (dough yields 6 pizzas)

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Dough

4 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp instant yeast
1 3/4 tsp salt
1 3/4 cup cold water
1/4 cup olive oil

Recipe Directions for Pizza Dough

  1. Combine flour, salt, and yeast

  2. Chill water (can be done with ice or in fridge, should be about 40 degrees or colder)

  3. Add water and oil to dry mixture

  4. Mix with dough attachment for 5-7 minutes after combined

  5. Divide into 6 pieces

  6. Roll into ball and place on cookie sheet

  7. Cover in syran wrap and refriderate overnight

  8. About 2 hours prior to use, put out at room temperature, flat into a circle about 1/2 in think

  9. Shape, and add toppings of choice (use toppings sparingly)

  10. Preheat oven for about 45 minutes on 500

  11. Cook for about 3-5 minutes
