Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Dough

3 1/2 cups unbleached all purpose flour
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
1 1/3 cups water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar

Combine all in kitchenaid mixer and use dough hook for 3 to 5 minutes.
