1/4 cup olive oil
3 tsp yeast
1 tsp salt

  1. mix oil, salt and yeast-water together briefly add a little flour if dough is too sticky. Then pour little flour ontoa work surface, put the dough on it and knead vigorously until pliable( takes some time n effort or use the dough hooks on a electric mixer.

  2. Grease a bowl n put the ball of dough in it; cover with a cloth n wait. After 30-45 minutes the dough will have doubled in size and is ready to be punched down, formed, topped and baked.

  3. Prep time 15 min + 30 to 45 rising time

  4. Bake it in 475 f middle shelf until crispy about 12 minutes
