Makes one large pizza base. Use half and half strong white breadmaking flour and regular plain (all-purpose) flour.

Recipe Ingredients for pizza dough (breadmaker)

8 fl oz water
1 tbsp olive oil
8 oz flour
3/4 tbsp dried milk
1 tsp sugar
3/4 tsp dried yeast
3/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for pizza dough (breadmaker)

  1. Ensure that the water is 'tepid' (one part boiling water to two parts cold tap water)

  2. Add the ingredients to your bead maker in the order listed. Run machine on 'dough' programme.

  3. Allow dough to rest for 20 minutes before rolling out, add toppings and bake in hot preheated oven on pizza stone, if possible.
