Makes 8 servings



1 2/3 C water 2 T sugar 2 t yeast 2 T olive oil 1 t salt 1 t lemon juice 2 T dry milk 4 1/2 C all purpose flour

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza crusts

4 1/2 cup Gold Medal Unbleached All Purpose Flour
1 2/3 c water
2 t yeast
2 T sugar
2 T olive oil
1 t lemon juice
1 t salt
2 T dry milk
1/2 c flour for kneading

Recipe Directions for Pizza crusts

  1. dissolve sugar and yeast in water and let sit until bubbles rise (a few minutes)

  2. add oil, lemon juice, salt, dry milk and stir

  3. Add flour and mix

  4. turn out on floured board and knead about 10 minutes until smooth

  5. Let rise until double in bulk. punch down and let rise again

  6. form into 8 individual sized pizza crusts and top with favorite toppings.

  7. Bake pizzas at 400 for about 10-15 min or until done
