Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Crust, Whole Wheat

1 cup water
1 1/2 tsp yeast
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tbsp honey
1 1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Pizza Crust, Whole Wheat

  1. use wrist temperature water. Dissolve yeast and honey. Mix in salt and flour. Knead dough. When right consistency, let dough sit until double in size.

  2. After dough rises, punch dough and split into two. Roll dough into a ball and roll out into a pizza crust.

  3. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.

  4. Cover with favorite toppings and bake for about 20 more minutes.
