My stand by pizza crust recipe. Added wheat flour to make it healthier.

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Crust Recipe

2 teaspoons yeast
1 pinch sugar
1 1/4 cups warm water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon minced garlic
16 ounces mozzerella
12 ounces spaghetti sauce
6 1/2 ounces mushroom pieces
3 4/5 ounces sliced olives
8 ounces pineapple tidbits
1 green pepper
1/2 finely chopped onion

Recipe Directions for Pizza Crust Recipe

  1. In stand mixer. Combine yeast and water with a pinch of sugar. Add remaining ingredients, mix until combined on setting 4 or 5. Lower speed to 1 or 2. Knead 10 minutes.

  2. Let rest in lightly greased bowl 30 minutes and then punch down. Divide into 6 pieces and roll out in to flat circle. When ready bake with toppings in 450 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted. If your daring put on bbq grill.
