This recipe will make 3 14" pizza crusts

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Crust

6 cups bread flour
3 tablespoons yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups milk
3/8 cup butter

Recipe Directions for Pizza Crust

  1. Heat liquids to 125 deg F.

  2. Mix dry ingredients together in mixer bowl.

  3. Add warm liquids - knead for 10 minutes.

  4. Divide into 3 parts. Let rest for 5 minutes.

  5. Roll out.

  6. Let rise 10 minutes.

  7. Top with favorite toppings.

  8. Bake at 550 deg F for 12 minutes
