Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Crust

2 c almond meal
2 eggs
3 tblsp coconut oil (or olive oil)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tbs finely chopped fresh rosemary

Recipe Directions for Pizza Crust

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

  2. In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients until the dough comes apart from the sides of the bowl. Form the dough into a ball with your hands.

  3. Lightly grease a baking sheet with some oil and, using your hands, spread the dough until the baking sheet is covered. Bake crust for 15-20 minutes. While crust is baking, prepare toppings.
