got tired of ordering pizza so we came up with or this... makes awesome crust for the grill pan!!

Recipe Ingredients for pizza crust

1 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
120 grams Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
1 serving Premium Selection Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Canola Oil
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 tsp Yeast

Recipe Directions for pizza crust

mix dry ingrediants together in a mixing bowl... slowly add HOT water until dough comes together in a bowl (usually 1 cup but it may be more or less) preheat oven to 350-375, lightly grease pan, oil your hands so dough will not stick to your hands... pour 1 tbsp oil over dough, place dough on greased pan and streach to fit pan... put in oven to prebake for 10-15mins... top with whatever ya want!!
