A relatively easy pizza dough with extra proteins and low carbs and fat.

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Crust

1 egg
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
3/4 cup water
1 pinch of salt
1/2 tablespoon sugar

Recipe Directions for Pizza Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Combine 1 cup Whole-wheat flour and ½ cup white flour.

  3. Whisk in salt, sugar, and egg.

  4. Slowly add water until mixture forms a ball of dough.

  5. Knead 1 minute or ¼ cup of flour into dough.

  6. Let rest 5 minutes.

  7. Bake 15 minutes with out toppings, 15-25 minutes with toppings.
