Easy pizza crust, no yeast needed. Can be topped with anything.

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Crust

2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
1 tbsp Salt, Table
2 teaspoon Baking Powder
0.67 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1/4 cup Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Pizza Crust

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and water in a bowl until it makes a uniform dough.

  2. Use a little of the olive oil to grease a cookie sheet or flat baking pan.

  3. Spread the dough on the pan (round or square shape) pressing with your hands (make it as thin or thick as you want).

  4. Grease the top of the dough with the rest of the olive oil (you might not use it all).

  5. Top with your favorite sauce, cheese, meats and veggies.

  6. Bake it with the toppings on for about 20 minutes at 425F.
