awesome home made pizza crust You can use whole wheat or spelt flour instead.

Recipe Ingredients for pizza crust

2 cups flour
1 cup water
1 tsp salt
2 tsp yeast
2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for pizza crust

  1. 1st step. put yeast and sugar in 1/2 cup warm water and let the yeast rise to the one cup level.

  2. 2nd step. mix flour and salt together.

  3. 3rd step. add the yeast water mix to the flour salt mix.

  4. 4th step. then add the otherr 1/2 cup of cold water to the mix. Mix well and them add the olive oil to the mix. This shuld make a nice ball of dough.

  5. 5th. Let it rise out of any drafts, for at least an hour.

  6. Roll out and place on pizza stone or pan.

  7. Top with your favourite topping and bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
