Pizza Crust Recipe

Makes 16 servings



Homemade dough for pizza. The original didn't use whole wheat flour and made 1 pizza, but I found it to be way too thick, almost a pan pizza. I have made 2 pizza as such.

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Crust

1 pkg dry yeast
3 T. olive oil
1 t. sugar
1 1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 c. warm water
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour

Recipe Directions for Pizza Crust

Mix yeast with water and add in all but flour. Add flour in one cup at a time. Knead til smooth (5 min). Let raise 1 hr. Punch down. Spread into greased pan. Let raise another hr, but if you have time, just skip. Top with your choice of ingredients and bake at 400-425 for about 10 min.
