Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Crust

2 3/4 cups water
1 1/2 tablespoons yeast
1 1/2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
6 1/2 cups unbleached all purpose flour

Recipe Directions for Pizza Crust

  1. mix ingredients in large tupperware

  2. leave on counter for two hours in warm place

  3. put in fridge before bed

  4. take out of fridge when you get home from work

  5. chop toppings

  6. heat oven to 500 F

  7. build pizza

  8. bake for 15 minutes
