Basic pizza crust for homemade pizza

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza crust

1 cup water
1 tablespoon sugar
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups bread flour

Recipe Directions for Pizza crust

Water should be warm but not hot. Mix water, sugar, and yeast until dissolved. Add oil, salt, and flour. Mix well. Let dough rest for 10 minutes. Put oil on your hands to keep from sticking to the dough. Stretch out on baking surface in a circle. Poke many holes in the crust with a fork. Bake at 425 for about 10-15 minutes, until you get some light brown spots appearing.
