Recipe Ingredients for pizza crust

2 c flour
1 c water, warm
1 t yeast
1/2 t salt
1/2 t honey
2 T olive oil

Recipe Directions for pizza crust

  1. water, yeast, honey, and olive oil in bowl of mixer. Let stand 5-10 min.

  2. Add flour and salt. May have to add a little more flour to achieve desired consistancy.

  3. Let rise til doubled. May let rise in fridge over night to get better flavor.

  4. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Divide into quartersand roll out. Top with sauce and toppings. Place on pizza stone (i use a caste iron griddle) and bake about 8-10 min til brown and cooked thru. Repeat w remaining dough.
