Recipe Ingredients for pizza crust

2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup white whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp yeast
1 tsp sea salt
1 1/2 cups water

Recipe Directions for pizza crust

  1. in large bowl dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup of water. stir in 1/2 cup of flour. cover with plastic wrap and let sit an hour. after an hour mix the rest of the ingredients and knead for 10-15 minutes. let rise covered for 2-3 hours or until doubled in size.

  2. preheat oven to 450 degrees

  3. divide dough in half. roll out to half the size you want the pizza to be. let sit 10 minutes. roll out the rest of the way and put on baking sheet. add toppings and bake 10 minutes.

  4. if you want extra crispy dough preheat oven with the pan inside and put dough on hot pan
