Home made pizza crusts! Makes 2 13" crusts.

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Crust

4 cup Organics All Purpose Flour Unbleached
1 oz Yeast
3 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Pizza Crust

feed yeast with sugar in warm water. Add flour and kneed. Let rise. Punch down, separate into two balls and let rise again. Press out onto pan and bake for 10 minutes on 350. Fill with toppings and rebake for 20 minutes.
