2 1/4 cups white whole wheat flour
1/4 cup soy flour
1 cup oats, ground
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1/4 oz yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
9 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for pizza crust, healthy

  1. combine dry ingredients

  2. mix yeast with sugar and water

  3. combine wet and dry ingredients in mixer until incorporated

  4. switch to bread hook and knead for 15 minutes
