My mom's pizza recipe, a tad modified

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Crust 1

2 1/4 tsp Yeast
2 oz Water
1 large Egg, Whole
6 oz Tomato Paste
3 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Chili Powder
2 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour

Recipe Directions for Pizza Crust 1

Mix until dissolved 2 1/4 tsp yeast, 1/2 cup warm water. Add 1 egg, 1/3 can tomato paste, 3 Tb oil, 1 Tb sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp chili powder, and 2 cups flour and knead well, adding flour as needed so dough is not too sticky. Let rest for 1 hour. Roll thin and top with 1/2 tsp chili powder, remaining tomato paste mixed with a little water, pepper to taste. Add whatever other ingredients you like, bake at 350 until crust is don.
