Reduced fat Crescent Roll dough pizza.

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza with Crescent Rolls, Reduced Fat

16 ounces Crescent rolls, reduced fat
21 ounces turkey, ground
29 ounces tomatoes, diced
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1 onion
8 ounces mozzarella, shredded
4 ounces parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Pizza with Crescent Rolls, Reduced Fat

  1. Brown ground turkey with chopped onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, sweet basil, parsley. Stir in one can petite diced tomatoes, drained.

  2. Simmer for 10 minutes.

  3. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray.

  4. Place dough onto sheet, roll slightly to seal seams.

  5. Top with meat mixture, then, sliced mushrooms, parmesan cheese, and shredded mozzarella.

  6. Bake approximately 20 - 22 minutes at 350.
