From "Betty Crocker Easy Everyday Vegetarian" with my modifications

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Casserole

4 cups whole wheat Rotini, dry
28 oz Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup mushroom pieces , 1 8oz can
2 1/4 oz ripe olives, 1 can
1 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Pizza Casserole

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package

  3. In an un-greased 2 1/2 quart casserole mix pasta and remaining ingredients other than cheese.

  4. Cover and bake about 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.

  5. sprinkle with cheese and bake and additional 5 minutes.
