A friend of mine gave me this recipe. (I think she got it from a Weight Watchers MEeting.) I've changed it a bit.

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Casserole

1 pound 96% lean ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
2/3 cup onion, chopped
16 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. dried basil
3 tbsn garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
8 oz mushroom, sliced
1/2 bell pepper, diced
10 olives, sliced
2 ounces sliced turkey pepperoni
12 oz canned biscuits
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Pizza Casserole

I used a 16 oz can of reduced fat biscuits, but had to adjust it on here for calorie purposes. If you don't have an onion, you can substitue 1 tbsp onion powder. If you don't have garlic you can sub 1 tsp garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
