Tastes like pizza! I think the calories are quite high because it calculated the recipe based on pork sausage not turkey sausage. My book says it's a lot lower in calorie with bigger serving sizes so who knows for sure.

Recipe Ingredients for Pizza Casserole

300 grams whole wheat pasta
1 pound turkey sausage
1/4 c sliced olives
4 oz mushrooms
28 oz spaghetti sauce
4 oz mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Pizza Casserole

Cook 4 cups of pasta and drain. Grill sausage and cut into small pieces. Heat oven to 350. Mix pasta, sausage, and remaining ingredients except cheese in ungreased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cover and bake about 30 minute or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
